Roxanne Dupuis worked for several years as a lawyer in civil and commercial litigation in a Montreal private firm as well as in taxation in one of the largest accounting firms in the world before devoting herself full time to real estate brokerage.
She is a member of the Barreau du Québec, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Quebec in Montreal, a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law from the University of Montreal, a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke in addition to being a member of the Organisme d’Autoréglementation du Courtage Immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Association Professionnelle des courtiers Immobiliers du Québec (APCIQ).
A fine negotiator, her many years as a litigation lawyer give her a significant advantage in obtaining the best price and conditions for her clients. Not to mention all the legal aspects and issues inherent to real estate transactions with which she is very familiar. This allows her to guide, advise and reassure her clients throughout each transaction.
Her academic background speaks for itself, Roxanne is a high achiever with a thirst for lifelong learning. She is curious by nature and makes it a point to stay on the lookout for real estate market trends and new properties that may be interesting, both for living or investing.
