-Credit report required and must be to the full satisfaction of the landlord;
-References and proof of employment required;
-Proof of $2M liability insurance and Hydro-Québec account confirmation required prior to occupancy;
-The tenant agrees to comply with all building rules and regulations at all times;
-Smoking is prohibited (including electronic cigarettes, cigarettes in all forms, and cigars);
Any pet must be approved by the landlord;
-No subletting permitted (Airbnb or otherwise);
The tenant will be responsible for any fees related to lost keys;
-The apartment will be clean at the occupancy date and must be returned in the same condition, including all inclusions, as well as the condition of floors and walls. Normal wear and tear excepted; any damages must be repaired at the tenant's expense prior to vacating.
