-Credit report required and must be to the full satisfaction of the landlord;

-References / proof of employment required;

-Proof of liability insurance ($2M);

-The tenant will comply with the building rules and regulations at all times;

-Smoking prohibited (electronic cigarettes and cigarettes in all forms--marijuana--cigars) in the unit and common areas;

-Any pet must be approved by the landlord;

-Subletting is not allowed (Airbnb or otherwise);

-The condo will be clean on the date of occupancy and the unit must be returned in the same condition: this includes all condo inclusions, as well as the condition of floors and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damage will be repaired at the tenant's expense before vacating the premises;
